If the Trust receives an invoice which it reasonably believes includes a sum which is not valid and properly due or any other inaccuracy which renders the invoice invalid (a "disputed invoice");

notify the supplier/ contractor in writing as soon as reasonably practicable;

to the extent the disputed element is readily identifiable, the Customer shall pay any element of the disputed invoice which is not in dispute by its due date;

once the dispute has been resolved, where either Party is required to make a balancing payment, it shall do so within 5 working days and, where the Contractor is required to issue a credit note and/ or fresh invoice, it shall do so within 5 working days.
