## Dispute Resolution

Luddon Construction are committed to dealing with our suppliers in a fair and professional manner. We aim to create close relationships with our suppliers which enables us to deal with any disputes quickly and effectively. 
Supplier payment disputes are dealt with initially by the Purchase Ledger department and the Buying department. If the dispute cannot be resolved it is then escalated to the Financial Controller and the Procurement Manager. If the dispute is still not resolved it is escalated to a Director.
Subcontract payment disputes are dealt with initially by the Quantity Surveyor for the project. If the dispute cannot be resolved it is then escalated to the Divisional Quantity Surveyor. If the dispute is still not resolved it is escalated to the Commercial Director. 
In severe cases when the dispute cannot be resolved as described above, the case will be escalated to be resolved using methods such as adjudication & arbitration.
